All requests should be made directly with NINA-VACACIONES Corp. in written form to reservas@ninavacaciones.com, to fax (506) 256-0706 or through Online reservations. All bookings will be confirmed in written form via email or fax. We are not responsible for reservations made by phone.

Rates are per room with taxes included.

In most of the hotels, they have either 2 double beds or 1 king bed. Rollaway beds are usually available for an additional fee and should be paid by the passenger directly at the hotel.

NINA-VACACIONES Inc... Reserves the right to utilize alternative accommodations should booking problems occur. Substitutes will be equal or better in quality. Check In: usually at 4.00pm and check out at 11.00pm. NINA-VACACIONES Inc. Will not be responsible for any charges after or before those hours.

It is a standard policy that all changes and/or cancellations must be submitted to NINA-VACACIONES Corp. in writing, and any fee or penalty charged by the hotel as a result of such change and/or cancellation as stated.

In their contracts with NINA-VACACIONES Inc... Will be responsibility of the Company requesting the change or cancellation.

All reservations are considered active unless a cancellation file number is issued by NINA-VACACIONES Inc.., after a written cancellation request is received from the Company that originates the booking

For cancellation deadlines, please refer to the information disclosed of each hotel in this Internet site or in our current tariff book. Should a client decide not to use a specific service once in travel, by no means this service will be refundable.

Should a client decide to leave early from a hotel he may get penalized by the hotel with a fee.

On each city will be provided on a car / Minivan / Maxi van.

In case the passenger is a no-show in the flight that it was booked We will consider the service done and they will be no refund.

In case of direct sales in our offices without previous agent request and or payment, commission will not be recognized.

After payments our Accounting department will send you all the vouchers through email (word attachment) All Vouchers have our phone number and passengers must be advised to call us if flight is canceled or other changes are made. Should be there any discrepancies between services requested and passenger’s printed itinerary, clarification will be requested by e-mail. However, in the event that time does not permit a reply from the travel agent, NINA-VACACIONES Corp. reserves the right to interpret the intent of the travel agent and will bill accordingly.

NINA-VACACIONES Corp. and their agents declare all tickets, vouchers and coupons issued and all arrangements for transport and accommodations are made by them upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, which may occur either by reason or defect in any vehicle or through the act of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or employee. NINA-VACACIONES Corp... and or their agents can accept no responsibility for losses or accidental expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults, or overbooking by hotels, sickness, strikes, war, quarantine, weather related conditions or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Baggage and small articles is the owner's throughout the tour unless insured. Due to space limitations. We can only transport two bags per passenger. The right is retained to decline, accept, or retain any person as member of the tour or cancel or alter the tour. Passengers will be responsible for their flight reconfirmation.

At the moment of requesting reservations with NINA-VACACIONES Corp., it is fully establish that either passenger as well as Travel Agent is accepting all and each one of the conditions displayed in this web tariff.

All prices published are valid through December 15, 2005, unless otherwise specified. All rates in this tariff book can be modified without previous notice. All of our prices are commissionable in US dollars only and with taxes included.
